As you can imagine, making every traveler’s experience be a personalized one, can sometimes be fraught with challenges.  But at the end of the day, it’s the notes that we receive from you that make each of us love what we do.

One such example happened recently, when we heard from Blake and Emily from California, who booked a regional, oneway hop, on our Flewber app.  After they landed, Blake sent us a short note that simply read as follows:
