Private Jet Charter Broker / Inside Sales

Role Objective
- Generate and retain new sales leads
- Establish relationships with retail, commercial, and brokers
- Respond to aircraft charter quote requests in a timely and professional manner
- Manage Jet Charter from inquiry to post flight.
- Coordinate trips with customs, & FBO’s
- Assist with client requests, arranging catering and ground transportation
- Ensure all trip policies and FAA regulations have been completed prior to departure.
- Exercise discretion in handling customer requests.
Required Experience
- Minimum of 1-year proven experience in a sales environment or similar role.
- Strong desire to succeed
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Able to analyze and problem solve in a fast pace environment
- Strong organizational and communication skills
